Adv Koos Nel is the founder and CEO of Agri X Group. He worked as strategic marketing manager and was responsible for business development and the agri focus of Old Mutual,  one of the largest financial institutions in SA.   He has extensive networks in the agri sector and focus now on helping businesses to unlock value. 

Dr Theo de Jager, a passionate Commercial farmer, climate change representative on executive level and currently serves his 2^nd consecutive term as the President of the World Farmers` Organisation (WFO), is the founding member and board member of the Southern African Agri Initiative (Saai) and Founder and Chairman of Agri All Africa (AAA). Theo served as the President of the Pan African Farmer` Organisation (PAFO) and Vice- President and President of the Southern African Confederation of Agricultural Unions (SACAU), and currently a Board member of SACAU. Theo was a member of the commercial farmers` union Agri SA and served as Vice-President of Agri SA from 2008 – 2014.

Marianna is the marketing director of Agri All Africa,  an experienced facilitator and project manager with a wealth of experience in linking agri businesses to projects, opportunities and potential funding. She is also founder of the Agribusiness Africa Conference  and is facilitating regular visits to some of the major international agriculture shows . 

Pieter Aucamp has extensive experience in management consulting and research. He has worked with some of the leading corporates in South Africa, including Liberty, Medihelp, Santam and Nedbank. As a future competitiveness specialist, he always looks at the holistic picture and thrives on innovation and sustainability. He has delivered key projects with the University of Stellenbosch and University of North West.  

A globally recognized and experienced business leader, CEO, executive and non-executive director of company boards; Dave provides invaluable insight into organisational structure, strategic development and leadership. He is a multi-sector project development specialist and have successfully developed and implemented projects across Africa. 

Dirk Hanekom, the CEO Agri All Africa (AAA) has vast experience of the African continent, and his agricultural career includes the CEO of Agri Gauteng, CEO of AgriSAMoz (SA Farmers in Mozambique), served on the Steering Committee of the NEPAD Business Foundation and Chairman of the Africa Committee of Agri SA. In 2015 Dirk has taken up his current position of Executive Manager of Agri All Africa (NPc). Dirk has been an Executive member of the Zambian South African Business Forum and Steering Committee, with pivotal relations with countries in all the other Regional Economic Communities (REC) in Africa.

Anneke Roux has extensive experience in managing administrative and operational functions for executive-level management teams and directors and driving optimal office efficiency and success. Anneke fulfilled a co-ordinated role with Commercial farmers and members of Agri SA, SA`s  biggest commercial agricultural union and assist with development of the marketing strategy for Agri Securitas Trust fund and Agri SA communication.
